Vatsario Guanciale Sliced (repacked)

Guanciale is an Italian salt-cured meat product prepared from pork jowl or cheeks. Its name is derived from guancia, 'cheek'. Its rendered fat gives flavour to and thickens the sauce of pasta dishes.
