Salami is made only from premium cuts of pork
the shoulder and back fat, enriched with cubes of truffle. The product is cured for about a month so that the truffle releases its characteristic aromatic note combined with black pepper and fresh garlic.
Use a slicing machine to best cut the product. After slicing, clean the slicer thoroughly to remove any truffle residue that may transfer to other products.

HOW TO HANDLE IT
After removing the vacuum packaging, dry the salami surface from the unctuous coating with a paper or a clean towel. At the end of the day, cover the product with tinfoil or transparent film and KEEP REFRIGERATED.
