Goat Cheese is prepared from fresh goat's milk. it combines a  moist and smooth texture with the firmness of cheddar to create a mild, mellow and subtle cheese. it has a distinct but not overpowering sharp flavour, with a sweet and nutty finish. 

When goat’s milk ages, it transforms into something sweet and caramelly, with a creamy finish.

This goat cheddar is coated in black wax, giving it a beautiful presentation.

Pair it with a bold, musky wine like an earthy, rustic red from the Rhone Valley.
