Ford Farm's English cheddar is from ENGLAND which is blended with finest black truffles. It is made up of pasteurized cow milk with adding vegetarian rennet , Black Truffles and mushrooms. The aroma of the truffles infuses the cheddar creating a deep, earthy, but indulgent flavour. Cheddar and truffle compliment each other perfectly to create a deliciously rich cheese.
